Job Description:

• Evaluate and offer guidance on managerial strategies and organizational structures in both public and private sector entities.
• Conduct comprehensive research to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and initiatives.
• Perform evaluations and recommend enhancements to methods, systems, and procedures across various operational domains including human resources, records management, security, and communication.
• Execute quality audits and establish quality management standards for ISO compliance.
• Advise businesses on regulatory compliance, oversee internal adherence to regulatory standards, and prepare regulatory submissions.
• Strategize and orchestrate operational reorganizations within establishments.
• Potentially oversee contracted researchers or administrative personnel.
